Our Cosy Club area provides a warm and welcoming space where children can relax, unwind and enjoy quieter activities during their time at the club. It gives children the opportunity to take a break from the busier areas of the setting and spend time in an environment that feels comforting and peaceful.
Children can choose to read, listen to stories on the Toniebox, watch a movie in our DVD area or explore the light box. Relaxing music and soft lighting help to create a soothing atmosphere where children can rest, recharge and enjoy some quiet time.
This area supports children’s personal, social and emotional development by enabling them to recognise and respond to their own needs, develop self-regulation skills and build resilience. It promotes independence by allowing children to make choices on how they spend their time, helping them to build confidence and a sense of ownership over their play experience.
